Overnight Oat Bran
This pre-made breakfast is perfect for busy mornings. Evening prep only takes minutes for a delicious and creamy overnight oats waiting for you in the morning. Mix up the toppings to keep each morning new and exciting.

Ingredients
- For the base
½ cup Chantal Organics Oat Bran
1 tsp Chantal Organics Chia Seeds
1 cup milk of choice or water
Pinch of salt
- For the toppings
- PB and Jelly
Chantal Organics Smooth Peanut Butter
Fresh or Frozen raspberries
Chopped peanuts
- Chocolate
Chantal Organics Hemp Seeds
Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped
Chantal Organics Rice Syrup
- Coconut Breeze
Chantal Organics Coconut Cream, chilled and whipped
Toasted Coconut flakes
Fresh/Dehydrated pineapple, finely chopped

Step 1.
Add all the base ingredients into a container and stir with a spoon to combine.

Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight, for the liquid to absorb.

Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!

Tip
This can be made up to 3 days in advance, so make a big batch and then add a different topping every day of the week.
