Cocoa Crunch & Raspberry Granola Chia Parfait
This indulgent, yet nutritious parfait is easy to make and well worth the wait. Prep the night before and it’s quick to put together in the morning. The chia seeds offer a great source of plant-based omega-3.
- 1 cup Chantal Organics Cocoa Crunch & Raspberry Granola
- 1 cup yoghurt of choice
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Prepare the vanilla chia pudding ahead of time, ideally the night before.
In a bowl combine milk, chia seeds, sweetener (if using) and vanilla.
Stir chia pudding well, then place in fridge to firm up for 2 hours or overnight.
To assemble your parfait, place a layer of chia pudding in the bottom of your glass. Add a layer of yoghurt, then a layer of granola.
Repeat the layers again, finishing with a layer of granola.
Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
