Cocoa Crunch & Raspberry Granola Bars
A super easy, no-bake, no equipment required granola bar recipe. These granola bars are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast option when you’re short on time but want a delicious, nourishing breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chantal Organics Cocoa Crunch & Raspberry Granola
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup Chantal Organics Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (optional)

Step 1.
Place the pitted dates in a bowl and with clean hands begin to squish them between your fingers to soften.

Step 2.
Add the granola and use your hands to squish them together to combine. This takes about 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can use a food processor.

Step 3.
Add the melted coconut oil and maple syrup (if using). Stir the mixture until combined.

Step 4.
Place the mixture into a lined loaf tin and press down firmly.

Step 5.
Place the mix in the fridge to set for at least an hour. When firm, remove from tin and cut into bars.

Storage
Store granola bars in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
