Jumbo Rolled Oats

Oats are a nourishing grain that families have been eating for generations. They deliver a gradual release of energy and are a good source of fibre helping to keep you fuller for longer. Jumbo rolled oats are whole grain oats that have been steamed and rolled into flakes. They cook in 5-10 minutes and hold their shape, making them ideal for porridge, muesli bases and biscuits.
