Ginger, Pear & Pistachio Coconut Porridge
Warming coconut, chia and ginger porridge topped with pear, pistachio, dark chocolate and toasted almonds. It’s the perfect breakfast made with organic oats.
Ingredients
- Coconut Porridge
- 1 cup Chantal Organics Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp Chantal Organics Chia Seeds
- 1 can Chantal Organics Coconut Milk
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
- Topping
- Maple syrup
- Sliced Bosc pear
- Dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- Coconut flakes, toasted
- Roasted pistachios, roughly chopped

Step 1.
Place all of the coconut porridge ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.

Step 2.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3.
Remove from the heat and transfer to serving bowls.

Step 4.
Top porridge with a drizzle of maple syrup, sliced pear, dark chocolate, coconut flakes and pistachios.
