Smoothie Granola Bowl

Ingredients

  • tick1 1/2 cups mixed berries (or frozen fruit mix of choice)
  • tick1 frozen banana
  • tick2 tbsp almond butter
  • tick1/2 – 3/4 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • tick1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
  • tick1 scoop Chantal Organics Ginger Zest Granola

instructions

  • Step 1.

    In a blender, place berry mix, banana, nut butter, protein powder, and liquids. Blend until thick and creamy

  • Step 2.

    Pour into one big bowl for one or two smaller size bowls for 2.

  • Step 3.

    Garnish with granola and some berries as toppings.
