Ingredients

  • tick1 cup non-dairy milk (we love Isola Bio)
  • tick ½ cup manuka honey yoghurt (we love Anchor), or Coconut yoghurt for dairy free
  • tick ½ tsp Chantal Organics Spirulina Powder
  • tick Large handful of spinach leaves (we love Fresh Grower)
  • tick ½ avocado (we love New Zealand Avocado)
  • tick 2 kiwifruit, sliced
  • tick1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Protein Powder
  • tick ½ cup ice
  • tick 1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Hearts
  • tick Top With: 1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Hearts

instructions

  • Step 1.

    Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2.

    Top with hemp hearts for extra healthy goodness!
