Green Smoothie
Need a health kick after the festive season? We’ve got you covered. We’ve come up with a rainbow of healthy smoothies to kick off the New Year, so you can look and feel fantastic!

Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy milk (we love Isola Bio)
½ cup manuka honey yoghurt (we love Anchor), or Coconut yoghurt for dairy free
½ tsp Chantal Organics Spirulina Powder
Large handful of spinach leaves (we love Fresh Grower)
½ avocado (we love New Zealand Avocado)
2 kiwifruit, sliced
1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Protein Powder
½ cup ice
1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Hearts
Top With: 1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Hearts
