- 1 cup non-dairy milk (we love Isola Bio)
- ½ cup manuka honey yoghurt (we love Anchor), or Coconut yoghurt for dairy free
- ½ tsp Chantal Organics Spirulina Powder
- Large handful of spinach leaves (we love Fresh Grower)
- ½ avocado (we love New Zealand Avocado)
- 2 kiwifruit, sliced
- 1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Protein Powder
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Hearts
- Top With: 1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Hearts
Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with hemp hearts for extra healthy goodness!
