Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

  • tick2 frozen bananas
  • tick2 tbsp Chantal Organics Whole Peanut Butter
  • tick1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • tick1 cup almond milk (we love Isola Bio)
  • tick1 tsp vanilla essence
  • tick2 tsp maple syrup
  • Toppings (optional)
  • tickcacao nibs, dried coconut, granola or even chocolate pieces!


  • Step 1.

    Place all ingredients into a blender, saving 1/2 cup of the almond milk. Start to blend. If your blender gets stuck, turn it off and give the jug a shake and try again.

  • Step 2.

    Add more almond milk as necessary to make a smooth texture. The less you add the thicker and more pudding like the smoothie will be.

  • Step 3

    Once you're happy with the texture, pour it into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
