Vegan Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients

  • tick​8 tbsp coconut sugar
  • tick ½ cup cacao powder
  • tick 3 tsp arrowroot powder
  • tick 1 tsp Chantal Organics Ginger Powder
  • tick 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • tick ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • tick A pinch of Chantal Naturals Sea Salt Fine
  • tick A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • tick To make and serve
  • tick 6 cups almond milk (we love Isola Bio)
  • tick 1 tsp vanilla essence

instructions

  • Step 1.

    In a bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Add to a glass jar and seal.

  • To make and serve

    Add hot chocolate mix to a pot with almond milk. Whisk together and simmer for 8 minutes. When the hot chocolate begins to thicken, pour into mugs and enjoy!
