- 8 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ cup cacao powder
- 3 tsp arrowroot powder
- 1 tsp Chantal Organics Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- A pinch of Chantal Naturals Sea Salt Fine
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- To make and serve
- 6 cups almond milk (we love Isola Bio)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
In a bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Add to a glass jar and seal.
To make and serve
Add hot chocolate mix to a pot with almond milk. Whisk together and simmer for 8 minutes. When the hot chocolate begins to thicken, pour into mugs and enjoy!
