Mango, Pineapple & Chickpea Smoothie
A tasty yellow smoothie made with mango, pineapple, chickpeas, ginger and turmeric. Topped with lightly toasted coconut and fresh pineapple slices.
Ingredients
- Smoothie
- ¼ cup Chantal Organics Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mango
- ¼ cup Chantal Organics Chickpeas
- 2cm piece of ginger, peeled
- ¼ tsp turmeric or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup ice
- Toppings
- Chantal Organics Desiccated Coconut, lightly toasted
- Sliced pineapple

Step 1.
Pop all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2.
Pour into your favourite glass and top with toasted desiccated coconut and sliced pineapple.

Serve immediately.

Note
To add extra crunch, swap out the toasted coconut topping for Chantal Organics Ginger Zest Granola.
