Cocoa Crunch & Raspberry Granola Pancakes
Boost your pancakes with Chantal Organic’s new Cocoa Crunch & Raspberry Granola for a delicious, nourishing breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Chantal Organics Buckwheat Flour
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)
- 1 cup Chantal Organics Cocoa Crunch & Raspberry Granola
- Chantal Organics Coconut Oil for cooking

Step 1.
Place the bananas, eggs, buckwheat flour, milk, baking powder, vanilla and sweetener (if using) in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2.
Add the granola and either pulse until just combined for “crunchy granola pancakes”, or blend until smooth.

Step 3.
Heat a little coconut oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. When hot, pour in pancake mix to create round pancakes.

Step 4.
Cook a couple of minutes until bubbles appear on the top, then flip to cook the other side.

Step 5.
Place cooked pancakes on a serving plate, drizzle with maple syrup and top with fresh fruit if desired.
