Smoothie Granola Bowl
There are endless options to create a delicious smoothie bowl. Here is how we love ours: With a lot of fruit, some almond butter and Chantal Organics Ginger Zest Granola for a crunchy finish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mixed berries (or frozen fruit mix of choice)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp Chantal Organics Almond Butter
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup (plant-based) milk of choice or water
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
- 1 scoop Chantal Organics Ginger Zest Granola

Step 1.
In a blender, place berry mix, banana, nut butter, protein powder, and liquids. Blend until thick and creamy

Step 2.
Pour into one big bowl for one or two smaller size bowls for 2.

Step 3.
Garnish with granola and some berries as toppings.
