Green Smoothie
A nutritious and vibrant green smoothie, easy to make and packed with superfoods. Spirulina is one of nature’s most impressive superfoods, packed with bioavailable protein and iron, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. While hemp offers plant-based omega-3 and protein. It’s delicious too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (we love Isola Bio)
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt
- ½ tsp Chantal Organics Spirulina Powder
- Large handful of spinach leaves
- ½ avocado (we love New Zealand Avocado)
- 2 kiwifruit, sliced
- 1 tsp Chantal Organics Hemp Protein Powder
- ½ cup ice
- Toppings (optional)
- Chantal Organics Hemp Hearts
- Cacao Nibs

Step 1.
Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Top with hemp hearts for or cacao nibs for a bit of crunch.
