instructions
-
Step 1.
Whisk together water, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Leave for 5 minutes to become frothy.
-
Step 2.
Combine white flour and salt in a large bowl and create a well in the centre. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, stir until a shaggy dough forms.
-
Step 3.
Place the dough on a clean working surface and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth. Shape into a ball.
-
Step 4.
Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover and place in a warm place until it doubles in size, around 1 hour.
-
Step 5.
Preheat your oven to 200°C fan bake.
-
Step 6.
Punch down the dough and use a rolling pin to shape into a circle.
-
Step 7.
Lightly sprinkle a pizza or baking tray with semolina and place the pizza dough on top. Use your fingers to push the dough towards the edges of the tray.
-
Step 8.
Brush with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes or until beginning to turn golden brown.
-
Step 9.
Spread peanut butter over the pizza and top with banana, dark chocolate and cinnamon. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes or until the base is golden brown and the chocolate has melted.
-
Step 10.
Garnish the pizza with Cocoa Crunch & Raspberry Granola, serve and enjoy.
-
Chef's note:
Make it a s’mores pizza and add mini marshmallows on top before baking with the banana and dark chocolate.
