A pretty purple smoothie blend of blueberries, banana, oats, peanut butter and a touch of sweetness. Topped with a drizzling of Smooth Peanut Butter, fresh blueberries, banana and chopped peanuts.

Ingredients
- Smoothie
⅓ cup Chantal Organics Coconut Milk
½ cup water
1 frozen banana
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp Chantal Organics Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 tsp Chantal Organics Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ cup ice
- Toppings

Fresh blueberries
Sliced banana
Chopped peanuts

Step 1.
Pop all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into your favourite glass and top with a drizzle of peanut butter, blueberries, banana and peanuts.
