Rye Flour

Our rye flour is milled from organic whole rye grain for a dark, full flavoured flour. It’s traditionally used to bake rye bread for a dark colour, dense texture and a distinctive rich flavour. For a lighter loaf, use half rye flour and half white flour. It’s popular in homemade sourdough bread and also gives a delicious flavour to fruit cakes, crackers, scones and pizza bases.
