Brown Rice Flour

Brown rice flour is a handy pantry staple for home baking. It’s made from whole grain brown rice and has a mild nutty flavour. It has a slightly heavier texture than white rice flour, so the two are often combined. Best used for pancakes, breads, muffins and cookies.
