Kale & Pineapple Smoothie

Green smoothies are a great way to pack in lots of goodness, and they’re quick and easy to make. Check out this deliciously tropical recipe from nutritionist Renee Sexton featuring our kale powder.
- 1 tsp Chantal Organics Kale Powder
- 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 cup Isola Bio Supreme Coconut Drink (we love Isola Bio)
- 1-2 celery sticks
- 1/2 a lemon
- A knob of ginger
- A handful of mint
- 2 tsp Chantal Organics Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Chantal Organics Coconut Oil
- A handful of spinach
1. Blend well and drink immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge, for a quick and easy snack on the go.
