Garlic & Rosemary Marinade
This fresh herb marinade is an easy way to give your meat or tofu a boost of flavour. Made with olive oil, garlic, and rosemary, it’s perfect for marinating steak, lamb, pork, or tofu before grilling.
Ingredients
4 tbsp Chantal Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Liquid Rosemary
1 tbsp Liquid Garlic
½ tsp of salt
Pinch of sugar

Step 1.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Liquid Rosemary, Liquid Garlic, salt, and sugar. Mix until well blended.

Step 2.
Rub the marinade evenly over steak, pork tenderloin, or lamb using your hands. For a vegetarian option, add cubed raw tofu to a container, pour over the marinade, and gently toss to coat without breaking the tofu.

Step 3.
Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavours to fully develop.
