Garlic & Rosemary Marinade

  • Step 1.

    In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Liquid Rosemary, Liquid Garlic, salt, and sugar. Mix until well blended.

  • Step 2.

    Rub the marinade evenly over steak, pork tenderloin, or lamb using your hands. For a vegetarian option, add cubed raw tofu to a container, pour over the marinade, and gently toss to coat without breaking the tofu.

  • Step 3.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavours to fully develop.
