Peanut Butter and Jelly Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • Step 1.

    Place the dates, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds in a food processor and blend until well combined.

  • Step 2.

    Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined into a sticky mixture.

  • Step 3.

    Taking one tablespoon at a time, roll the mixture into balls.

  • Step 4.

    Store in the fridge for up to a week.

  • NOTE

    Dried cranberries can also be used instead of or as well as the dried strawberries. If using both, use 2 tbsp of each.
