Blueberry, Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie
A pretty purple smoothie blend of blueberries, banana, oats, peanut butter and a touch of sweetness. Topped with a drizzling of Smooth Peanut Butter, fresh blueberries, banana and chopped peanuts.
Ingredients
- Smoothie
- ⅓ cup Chantal Organics Coconut Milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp Chantal Organics Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp Chantal Organics Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup ice
- Toppings
- Chantal Organics Smooth Peanut Butter
- Fresh blueberries
- Sliced banana
- Chopped peanuts

Step 1.
Pop all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into your favourite glass and top with a drizzle of peanut butter, blueberries, banana and peanuts.
