Spirulina, Kale & Kiwi Smoothie
A glorious green smoothie blend of spirulina, kale, green kiwifruit, banana, coconut milk and a touch of sweetness. Topped with Hemp Seeds, sliced kiwifruit and fresh mint.
Ingredients
- Smoothie
- ⅓ cup Chantal Organics Coconut Milk
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 green kiwifruit, peeled and cut in half
- ½ cup chopped kale
- 1 tsp Chantal Organics Spirulina Powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup ice
- Toppings:
- Chantal Organics Hemp Seeds
- Sliced green kiwifruit
- Mint sprigs

Step 1.
Pop all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2.
Pour into your favourite glass and top with hemp seeds, sliced kiwifruit and mint.
