Fresh Christmas Wreath

Ingredients

  • tick6-10 rosemary spriggs
  • tick1 avocado, scooped
  • tick1/2 cup of your favourite hummus
  • tick1/2 cup pecans
  • tick1 pack Bertocchi Entertaining Platter
  • tickBacon Jam
  • tickStuffed Medjool Dates get the recipe here
  • tickChocolate PeaNOT Butter Cups get the recipe here
  • tick1 cup berries
  • tick1 bunch grapes
  • tick1 brie round, sliced
  • tick2 blue cheese
  • tickWine of your choice

instructions

  • Step 1.

    Cut the rosemary and lay out in a large wreath shape on your chosen platter.

  • Step 2.

    Slice your avocado and place the slices around.

  • Step 3.

    Scatter grapes around the wreath.

  • Step 4.

    Scoop hummus into a serving bowl (or serve as is) and place on one side of the wreath. Place bacon jam on the opposite side.

  • Step 5.

    Place meat slices around the wreath. Fill in gaps with cheeses, Stuffed medjool dates, Chocolate peaNOT butter cups, crackers, and berries. Lastly, sprinkle in some pecans.

  • Step 6.

    Serve with chilled wine of your choice
