Tahini Fudge

5/5 (1)

Ingredients

instructions

  • Step 1.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. If your tahini is particularly hard (i.e has been in the fridge), you may want to soften or warm it slightly before starting so it will mix well and become smooth.

  • Step 2.

Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and place in the freezer for about an hour or until set.

  • Step 3.

Remove from the moulds, sprinkle with toppings, if desired, and devour immediately (before they melt!). Store any leftovers in the freezer in a sealed container for up to two months.
