Easy Apple Crumble
This simple recipe is for all apple crumble fans who love a crunchy topping. Using Chantal Organics Ginger Zest Granola gives it a lovely taste of ginger and makes it super easy to whip up too!

Ingredients
800 g Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 lemon, juiced
80 g brown sugar
- For the crumble
100 g Chantal Organics Wholemeal Flour
85 g butter, in small cubes
100 g Chantal Organics Ginger Zest

Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 190 C.

Step 2.
Peel, core and slice the apples and put them in a 1.5 litre pie dish. Pour over the lemon juice and brown sugar, and stir together.

Step 3.
To make the topping, tip the flour into a large bowl. Add the butter so that it is evenly distributed through the flour. Stir in the muesli and scatter evenly over the apples to cover them.

Step 4.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and crunchy on top. Leave to cool slightly for 5-10 minutes before serving.
