Easy
Caramel Tahini Smoothie
A super thick caramel smoothie with hints of cinnamon, date and banana, made with the goodness of Chantal Organics whole tahini and virgin coconut oil. You’d never guess there’s also hidden veggies in this decadent dessert smoothie!

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp Chantal Organics Whole Tahini
1 tsp Chantal Organics Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets (cooked or raw)
2 Medjool dates
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup Chantal Organics Coconut Milk (or plant milk of your choice)

Step 1.
Melt the coconut oil.

Step 2.
Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until super smooth.

Step 3.
If it’s a little too thick, simply add more liquid.

Step 4.
Serve in a tall glass with a straw.

Step 5.
Any leftover smoothie can be stored in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to 3 days
