Easy Baked Oat Bran Ramekins

  • Step 1.

    Preheat oven to 180°C Bake. Grease your ramekins and set aside.

  • Step 2.

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

  • Step 3.

    Transfer the mix to the ramekins and bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

  • Step 4.

    Top with plain yoghurt and Chantal Chantal Organics Blackcurrant, Raspberry and Vanilla Granola and enjoy.

  • Tip:

    If making ahead of time, cover the baked individual ramekins with plastic wrap and store them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for 15 minutes or microwave for 90 seconds before serving.
