Easy Coconut & Mango Sorbet
This super simple and easy recipe comes together in no time. Top with granola for breakfast, berries for a snack or chocolate shavings for dessert.
Ingredients
375g frozen mango
1 can Chantal Organics Light Coconut Milk
1 tbsp honey
Chantal Organics Blackcurrant, Raspberry & Vanilla Granola

In a blender, add the mango, coconut milk and honey. Blend until smooth, add more liquid as needed to create a smooth and creamy texture.

Top with a sprinkle of Chantal Organics Blackcurrant, Raspberry and Vanilla Granola.
