Beetroot & Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • tick1 cup Chantal Organics Coconut Milk
  • tick 3 tbsp Chantal Organics Chia Seeds
  • tick 1 tbsp Chantal Organics Beetroot Powder
  • tick 1 tbsp Chantal Organics Brown Rice Syrup
  • tick 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • tick 1 tbsp Chantal Organics Desiccated Coconut

instructions

  • Step 1.

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.

  • Step 2.

    For the next hour give it a quick stir every 20 minutes - this ensures you get no chia lumps.

  • Step 3.

    Leave the mix in the fridge overnight to set, and wake up to breakfast!

  • Step 4.

    You could also prep the pudding in a well-sealed jar by just adding all the ingredients and shaking!
