Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Peanut butter and chocolate are a match made in heaven. This plant-based smoothie bowl is a delightful mix of the two and easy to make too. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dessert!
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp Chantal Organics Whole Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond milk (we love Isola Bio)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Toppings (optional)
- cacao nibs, dried coconut, granola or even chocolate pieces!

Step 1.
Place all ingredients into a blender, saving 1/2 cup of the almond milk. Start to blend. If your blender gets stuck, turn it off and give the jug a shake and try again.

Step 2.
Add more almond milk as necessary to make a smooth texture. The less you add the thicker and more pudding like the smoothie will be.

Step 3
Once you're happy with the texture, pour it into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings.
