Beans and Bacon Macaroni Cheese Pots

Ingredients

  • tick1 tin (400g) Chantal Organics Baked Beans
  • tick1 box (190g) macaroni cheese (we love Diamond)
  • tick1 pack (100g) bacon strips (we love Hellers)
  • tick3 tbsp oregano, chopped (we love Superb Herb)
  • tick4 eggs
  • tickPhilips Premium XXL Airfryer OR conventional oven 200°C for 18-20 minutes until the beans starts to bubble

instructions

  • Step 1.

    Prepare macaroni cheese according to the packet instructions. Stir through oregano and bacon strips.

  • Step 2.

    Divide baked beans into 4 heatproof ramekins. Top with macaroni cheese mixture.

  • Step 3.

    Make a dip in the middle for the egg, then break an egg into each pot. Season.

  • Step 4.

    Insert the pots in the airfryer and cook 170°C for 10 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking and the beans starts to bubble.
