Health Shots – 3 WAYS
Start your day with a shot of healthy goodness! Use our unique blend of apple cider vinegar and chia seed as a base to create 3 varieties of health shots that will kick start your immune system!

Ingredients
- Health Shot Base
2 tbsp Chantal Organics Chia Seeds
1/4 cup + 1 cup water, separate
¼ cup Chantal Organics Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Chantal Organics Rice Syrup
- Citrus Kick
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 tbsp fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 tsp turmeric powder)
- Green Machine
½ cup frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tsp Chantal Organics Spirulina Powder
- Berry Boost
1 cup fresh berries (or ½ cup frozen)
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp sea salt

Step 1.
Soak the chia seeds in 1/4 cup water overnight. Hydrating the chia seeds beforehand allows the chia seeds to form a gel-like consistency by absorbing more water.

Step 2.
In the morning, make the base by combining the chia mixture, apple cider vinegar and rice syrup in a blender and blending until smooth.

Step 3.
Add your choice of flavour to your health shot and blend for 1 minute.

Step 4.
Pour a fourth of it into a small cup and take immediately. Keep any leftover health shot in a bottle or sealed container in the fridge for up to three days for a quick shot when needed.
