Apple Cider Vinegar

Our raw apple cider vinegar is made from organic New Zealand apples. Unpasteurised, unfiltered and naturally fermented, we preserve the ‘mother’ in every bottle – a natural sediment produced during the fermentation process. The mother is a collection of living enzymes and good bacteria, which support the digestive tract and promote a healthy gut. Mix a teaspoon in water for a cleansinig morning drink or add to home made dressings and sauces.
