Homemade “Marmite-like” Savoury Spread

Ingredients

  • tick120g Chantal Organics Black Tahini
  • tick 60ml Chantal Organics Tamari
  • tick 40ml filtered water
  • tick 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • tick 1 Tbsp Chantal Organics Apple Cider Vinegar

instructions

  • Step 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

  • Step 2.

    Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 months.
