Easy Baked Oat Bran Ramekins
Elevate your breakfast with a baked banana and peanut butter oatmeal topped with crunchy blackcurrant, raspberry and vanilla granola.

Ingredients
2/3 cup Chantal Organics Oat Bran
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 Tbsp Chantal Organics Smooth Peanut Butter
½ cup unsweetened milk of your choice (we used oat)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
- Topping
Plain yoghurt of your choice
Chantal Organics Blackcurrant, Raspberry & Vanilla Granola

Step 1.
Preheat oven to 180°C Bake. Grease your ramekins and set aside.

Step 2.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 3.
Transfer the mix to the ramekins and bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Step 4.
Top with plain yoghurt and Chantal Chantal Organics Blackcurrant, Raspberry and Vanilla Granola and enjoy.

Tip:
If making ahead of time, cover the baked individual ramekins with plastic wrap and store them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for 15 minutes or microwave for 90 seconds before serving.
