White Spelt Flour
Spelt flour is milled from the ancient wheat grain. It tastes very similar to common flour, with a pleasant, slightly sweet and nutty flavour. Our white spelt flour is fine and light, making it ideal to use for a light, fluffy result in pastries, bread and cakes. It is also delicious in homemade bread, pizza bases or chapati. This versatile, all-purpose flour can replace some or all of the white flour in your favourite recipes.
