Salted Almond Butter Fudge

0/5 (1)

Ingredients

instructions

  • Step 1.

Line and grease a small baking dish or tin.

  • Step 2.

Add all fudge ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. (You may need to pulse your blender if it is not high speed.) Press into the prepared dish.

  • Step 3.

Sprinkle with topping and press down with your hands or a spatula. Pop in the fridge to set, for at least an hour, then slice into squares. (It’s best to store them in the fridge.)

  • Tip 1.

You can try new flavours by adding ½ tsp ginger powder or changing the vanilla paste to ½ tsp peppermint extract. Feel free to sprinkle the top with other nuts or freeze dried fruit powders.

  • Tip 2.

These can be rolled into balls for delicious fudgy bliss balls instead.
