Glazed Ham and Pineapple Pizza

0/5 (1)

Ingredients

instructions

  • Step 1.

Flour your work surface. Use a rolling pin to roll out the pizza dough. (You’ll want it the same size as your ovenproof skillet/frying pan.)

  • Step 2.

    Preheat the oven to 220°C.

  • Step 3.

Heat your pan/skillet over medium heat. Drizzle with oil then sprinkle with semolina. Carefully lift the pizza dough in. As the base cooks carefully add pizza sauce and smooth over. Top with grated cheese then arrange glazed ham and pineapple on top.

  • Step 4.

Carefully place the pan in the oven for 5 minutes, then under a hot grill for a further 5 minutes until the pizza is cooked and the cheese is deliciously melted. Carefully lift the pizza out then serve on a chopping board with garnish (optional).

  • Tips

If you’re making this for a group or family, simply double the recipe. If you’re low on time then buy a store bought pizza base, add your toppings and cook in the oven.
