Use Epsom salts for a relaxing bath soak or foot bath. Ideal for after sports and exercise, gardening, or when feeling a bit under the weather. Simply add 1-2 cups of Epsom salts into warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes.
To rejuvenate the garden, sprinkle Epsom salts on the soil to support germination, around vegetables as fertiliser and slug repellent or around roses and bushes to support green foliage.
In the kitchen, use Epsom salts when washing up. Just sprinkle it on those hard to clean dishes and scrub. The abrasive texture of the crystals will help get your dishes and pots sparkling again.
