Chia & Apple Spritzer

A delicious yet nourishing alternative to soft drink, perfect for little ones and filled with protein rich chia seeds! Thanks to the lovely Gemma at Sustenance for the recipe.
- 4 tbsp Chantal apple syrup
- 4 tbsp Chantal chia seeds
- 1 litre sparkling water
1. Put the syrup, chia seeds and 200ml still water into a small jug. Stir to combine and chill in fridge overnight.
2. Split the mix between four glasses and top up with sparkling water.
