Purchases and deliveries
We use New Zealand couriers to deliver Chantal Vegebox directly to your doorstep. Delivery costs are included in your order, and delivery times will vary dependent on location. Please add a note into your order for any specific delivery instructions.
North Island
Please place your order before 11am for next day delivery. If an order is placed after 11am, it will be dispatched the following day for overnight delivery.
South Island and rural
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery to the South Island and rural addresses. All orders must be placed before Wednesday to be delivered within the same week. Orders placed after Wednesday will be delivered on the following Wednesday, as deliveries aren’t made over the weekend.
We are not liable for any wrong deliveries due to incorrect addresses being provided, and we reserve the right to accept or refuse orders for any reason.
Credit card payments
The name that will appear on your bank statement is our business trading name ‘Vegebox’. Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so by the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us.
Automatic payments
Automatic payments must be provided with a notable reference number. We take no responsibility for payments made that cannot be traced to a customer.
Cancellation policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations of orders less than one working day before the delivery date.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with any of our products we will do our best to resolve this with you to your satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will happily refund the payment.
Outstanding debt
If you incur any outstanding debts we will in the first instance try to recover the outstanding monies through our own internal recover process. Should this process not recover the outstanding debts your debt will be transferred to a debt-collection agency for collection. Debt collection fees will be added to your debt and you will be required to pay for collection costs.
Changes to terms and prices
If we need to change our terms, we will make every reasonable effort to let you know.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Price changes will be clearly updated on our website.
Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, Chantal Organics Vegebox will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages.
Personal and password details
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details at all times, including credit card and any personal account details. You agree to notify Chantal Organics Vegebox immediately of any discretion or unauthorised use of your personal details. You assume total responsibility for the use of this site.
Disclaimer
We try to guarantee the accuracy of all information on this website, however, this website is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any endorsement or representation made and we make no warranties of any kind in relation to the Chantal Organics website. We make no warranty that the Chantal Organics site will operate on your computer free from errors with no loss of information when transmitting data through the Chantal Organics website or server. All information on this site can be changed at any time without notification. Chantal Organics offers no warranty that the use of this site will not result in the ‘infection’ of computers with internet based contamination such as, but not restricted to viruses or ‘trojan worms’.
Chantal Organics reserves the right at any time, without notice to modify, suspend or terminate operation of this site, block users from accessing the site or to interrupt the operation of the site.
