Open Sandwich – Smoked fish

Ingredients

  • tick2 slices soy and linseed toast bread (we love Bürgen)
  • tick100g smoked fish, pulled
  • tick2 tbsp cream cheese
  • tick1 radish, sliced
  • tickItalian parsley
  • tickChantal Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • tickLemon zest
  • tickCracked pepper
  • tickSalt

instructions

  • Step 1.

    Toast the Bürgen bread to your liking.

  • Step 2.

    Spread cream cheese over toast slices. Place smoked fish over the cream cheese. Arrange radish pieces over the top. Sprinkle over Italian parsley and lemon zest. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
