Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A smooth, rich and chocolatey mousse. A delicious after dinner treat, that’s also packed with vitamins, fiber and heart healthy fats.


  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup Chantal Organics Brown Rice Syrup
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 pinch Chantal Naturals Sea Salt Fine
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence


​1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.

2. Scrape edges with a spatula and continue to blend until smooth and creamy (around 1-3 minutes).

Serving Suggestions

Serve in ramekins with a sprinkling of desiccated coconut or cacao nibs.
