Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A smooth, rich and chocolatey mousse. A delicious after dinner treat, that’s also packed with vitamins, fiber and heart healthy fats.
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup Chantal brown rice syrup
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 pinch Chantal fine sea salt
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
2. Scrape edges with a spatula and continue to blend until smooth and creamy (around 1-3 minutes).
Serve in ramekins with a sprinkling of desiccated coconut or cacao nibs.
