Carrot and Mango Superfood Smoothie

A delightfully tropical recipe from nutritionist, health coach and plant based foodie, Renee Sexton.


  • 1 1/2 cups Chantal Organics Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Chantal Organics Cinnamon Powder
  • 1-2 medjool dates
  • 1 tsp Chantal Organics Carrot Powder
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Chantal Organics Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • A handful of ice


1. Add everything into your blender and then blitz for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and top with some coconut flakes. Enjoy.
