Berry Green Smoothie

Super hydrating and full of super foods, our berry green smoothie makes an idea pre or post workout snack.


  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp Chantal cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Chantal chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Chantal maca powder
  • 1 tsp Chantal spirulina powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana


1. Place everything in your blender for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Serving Suggestions

Top with a sprinkle of berries or cinnamon.
