Beetroot & Berry Smoothie

This beetroot and berry smoothie from Renee Sexton is packed full of energy and nutrients to help you naturally start the day well. We love this smoothie as a morning snack, or poured into a bowl topped with our grainola for a quick and easy breakfast.
- 2 tsp Chantal beetroot powder
- 1 cup berries (blackberries, raspberries or a mix)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp Chantal pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 avocado
1. Blend well and then top with your choice of chopped nuts, seeds or coconut.
