Kale & Pineapple Smoothie

​Green smoothies are a great way to pack in lots of goodness, and they’re quick and easy to make. Check out this deliciously tropical recipe from nutritionist Renee Sexton featuring our kale powder.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Chantal kale powder
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1-2 celery sticks
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • A knob of ginger
  • A handful of mint
  • 2 tsp Chantal chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Chantal coconut oil
  • A handful of spinach

Method

​1. Blend well and drink immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge, for a quick and easy snack on the go.
